American looking breakfast in Ecuador

( I apologize to my dear beloved readers for another picture of my breakfast here in Ecuador! I promise i'm not turning into a food instagrammer! )

Planned a trip to Otavalo with my friends for this weekend! It's a town north of Quito where the indigenous people live, kinda like a Native American reservation in the U.S.

There's a special celebration and market with cool handmade clothing/blankets/art, i'm so excited!
