St Francis of Assisi ..............

.............. outside the Catholic Church in Neufahrn bei Freising, Bavaria, Germany.

Not only did I like the statue but I love the shadow cast on the plain, bright wall behind.

The architect was Fritz Eggemann and the Church and statue were erected (I think) in June 1963.

Busy days Thursday and Friday - they will both be 'blip and run' days - explanations later!!!
