Ouch

In a very unwelcome turn of events, I had my first ever migraine today. It started with horrible, disorientating lights in my vision for about an hour, and moved on to intense stabbing pains around my eyes and forehead. Luckily I was working at home, so when it became apparent it wasn't going to pass I could go and have a lay down for a couple of hours. Greg used to suffer badly from migraines so he could text me advice, but basically you just have to ride it out. It started to ease up after about three hours, leaving a general headache, so when he got back from work we went for a short, wobbly wander along the river to get some air. I'll definitely be getting an early night tonight.
