Hmm...

So not really sure what this is.

We have a cupboard in the eaves which has been boarded out for storage and I'm currently re-doing some of the boarding by adding some cross batons to lift the chipboard off the insulation.

Anyway, this is hanging off the inside of the roof and we're not surewhat it is.

L thinks it migh be the start of a wasps nest and we ought to keep an eye on it - and that's the best guess we've got.

There are a couple more of the "caps" hanging from one or two of the other nails that come through the boarding, but none have the ball hanging underneath.

As for size, it's between a squash ball and a golf ball,,,
