I don't believe it!

Amazing. Unbelievable. And about time too!

Some months ago - February in fact - I posted a blip of the new 'temporary' road surface signs which had appeared overnight along the road from our village to Shrewsbury.

At long last. Not without a couple of day's disruption of course, we are to be treated to a new surface on a very small part of this road.

OK for starters I suppose. Just hope we don't have to wait too long for the rest of it to be done.

So I only have to drive down the centre of the road for 7 miles not eight any more!
