Here it comes...

I was sitting in the garden, eating my lunch in glorious sunshine reading an article about the imminent change in the weather. Well, I was looking at blue skies - until I turned around. This is what greeted me! It still hasn't really got to us yet, we seem to have our own little microclimate here.

Weather aside, my health halo is positively gleaming today. Not a drop of alcohol has passed my lips since Saturday, I spent an hour in the gym and pool and have been eating nothing but the good stuff. Junior rugby training starts tonight though, so it has the potential to all go horribly wrong in about - ooh - 2 hours time?!
