One cool chick...

Driving past the free-range chicken barn today, we saw two hens - a brown and a spotted - with twenty of these little chicks between them, wandering along the side of the road! They are often there on the green edges and luckily the chicks seemed to automatically avoid the road. It's a quiet country road, but still cars speed by way too quickly . Be CAREFUL little chicks!! :-)
