After the rain

Weather this morning still warm but cloudy. The forecast rain came late morning and lasted til late afternoon, when the sun came out briefly. This is when I went out for my walk, I liked this shot because the sun had just broken through and you can see the darkness of the clouds behind. Spent the morning doing the housework and cooking. A friend had given me some windfall apples so I made an apple cake, crumble and cheese scones.
