'Bizzi Beez'
This morning we visited the Warrandyte Market down by the banks of the Yarra River, the weather was really beautiful. Firstly we all sat and ate a spiral deep fried potato each sitting on the grass followed by a walk along the river down to the bakery for a drink and let the kids have a play in the playground.
There were a heap of Willow trees along the edge of the river all buzzing with bees collecting pollen. This shot was of a tree that looked like it had recently fallen over but was still flowering and there were so many bees over it that it literally was buzzing.
On the way home after lunch we stopped of at the local Primary School to cast our votes on this Federal Election day. Wonder if we will have a new Prime Minister by the end of the day?
More finals footy on today with the Fremantle Dockers beating Geelong down in Geelong, a real surprise win there which now means that we are likely to meet Geelong in our Preliminary final (Gulp) we haven't beaten them since the 2008 Grand Final which the Hawks won. Tonight Collingwood take on Port Adelaide in the First elimination final at the MCG and we'll watch that with interest also.
Hope you're all having a great weekend.
