To Get Ahead of the Game

Unless something was done all my apple variety called Discovery would be eaten by wasps. They are my first apples of the year and are very sweet with a pale pink flesh.

However they will not keep through the winter.

So now is the time to process the whole crop in to juice. The juice is frozen and then later on one can get on a brew. I usually brew apple champagne and which I find to be most efficacious. It works best if a number of different apple varieties are mixed.
