Bogey Man

Isn't it funny how you can visit somewhere week in, week out and not see something that's right under your nose (sorry).

This gargoyle is on a building at the local garden centre. We have been regular visitors here for at least 25 years - it was always THE place to go to see Santa for my children. I spotted him today when I took George and Fran there this afternoon to drop off a CV on the off chance that there might be some work. I confess it did make me laugh.

Apparently he's also a bit of a fairy gargoyle because the phone has just rung and both have been offered 30+ hours work a week, starting Monday :)
