Carbonara Frittata

The thought of repeating some of the recipes (for photographic reasons) doesn't really thrill me I have to be honest, so instead I decided to do a new pasta dish instead of the fusilli with coffee ragu. It's a perfectly tasty dish but sadly, just adds to the list of brown things. So this is what I came up with. I'm getting bored with the food blips now so you must be catatonic.

A very wet and dark day here, not necessarily something I dislike. I love each season when it arrives but I'm equally delighted to see it go and the next one arrive. And as each hoves into view I decide that this is my favourite season.
