Damson gin on the rocks?
Or it hopefully will be in 4 months or so. My brother brought the damsons from his garden in Shiplake near Henley when he visited last week. I read that freezing them for 48 hours saves having to prick them individually.
As they began to defrost they formed crystals and began to look like pebbles on the beach on a cold day. All going well around Christmas we'll be sipping the fruits - on ice.
