Flowers for the Party

At the same time as Friday's funeral was happening, my granddaughter was having a birthday party with her young friends - it seemed best for these arrangements to continue. These are the flowers for the centre of the table - it just looked gorgeous!

We've just had a wonderful lunch with nine Auckland family members, before I return back to Christchurch tomorrow. The restaurant kindly arranged a table for us in a back room, nice and quiet, beautifully furnished and with a fire - a lovely way to finish off the weekend.
