Posterized Pukekos

Filterama Challenge #6

The Pukeko is native to New Zealand, are sometimes referred to as purple swamphens and are abundant. Visitors to New Zealand who have never seen one before often think they saw a purple chicken. Whatever they call it, people remember the purple bird called pukeko.

These particular pukekos are somewhat stylized! and live in the garden near the swimming pool at my son's Auckland home. They've been even more 'stylized' with the following -
