Festival in a day !

Another day another festival ! Mr H and I have today enjoyed our third and final adventure this summer by going to the BBC Radio 2 Festival in a day in Hyde Park in central London.
Coats and umbrellas went on and up and down and off depending on the weather but the music was brilliant, we saw Simple Minds, Jamie Cullum, Jack Johnson, Texas, Manic St Preachers but getting back home to Devon meant missing Jessie J, James Blunt and Smokey Robinson. But it was a great day out and thoroughly recommended though if anyone's listening from Radio 2 next year double or even treble the food and drink outlets as the queues were horrendous ! One man told us the queue for the bar was an hour and a half !!!
