Blah, blah, blah

The girls have been keeping a summer scrapbook, a page of writing with accompanying photo, drawing or ticket stub from the day etc. Unlike years gone by, Emily hasn't grumbled too much about this and I put this down to her finally seeing the value in them; she has kept summer scrapbooks since 2009 and is often flicking through them. However (and I may just be reading between the lines here) perusing the entry for the last day of the holidays (but written today) I sense that she was getting a bit tired of writing a diary and perhaps was glad it was the final entry?
