Do they put these signs up to taunt us?

I have come to the conclusion that at festival time there is a sort of easter egg hunt for wierd and wonderful signs that are dotted about Edinburgh. This is one that I found in the coffee bar within Hullabaloo. One wonders what I will find next.....
