Not a celebration cake
It's a really good sponge that I made this afternoon but it's no celebration.
I told the people at our Doggy School class that this is our last night. It was nice that the reaction was dismay and sadness but it was also sad for us as Jonty has been going for six years this month and Foxy has been going for over 3 years with a break when he went to a different school on a different night to aid his socialisation.
I think Foxy knew though, when I shouted 'Come on, we are going to DOGGY SCHOOL' even Foxy usually comes running down the stairs but tonight he didn't, he obviously wasn't in the mood. Jonty, on the other hand, shot off down the stairs and sat waiting in the hall until I got the bag that I always take.
It's the end of an era for the dogs but I've told the Stonehouse Dog Training Club that they should carry on sending me information and updates for the website and I'll carry on doing that for them.
It's just too much with my commitment to the Jet Age Museum, come Monday evenings I am feeling a bit wacked out and the organisation of the Vulcan team is taking more of my time.
