City Halls, Glasgow

Taken from the stage, as a rehearsal was being set up. The Halls were extensively refurbished in 2006, as a cost of £15 million. What a difference. Great acoustic, much improved backstage accommodation, more comfortable seating. Part of the improvements we've seen in the Merchant City in the last fifteen years.

I've seen this view many a time, but decided to try the Fisheye Lens Effect on the new compact for something a bit different. It does give an interesting distortion to the structure.
