Welsh cakes, anyone?

Mm. Cranberry, white chocolate & cardamom Welsh cakes.

Yum.

Welsh cakes are right up there on my favourite foods list, along with cranberries and white chocolate so when Beca from GBBO posted an adapted Welsh cake recipe there was no way that I wasn't going to try it!

Quite a food-related day in all - spent the morning in town with mum to see the food & drink festival. Lots of tasty food to sample and yes, we left with a few goodies. All in interest of the local economy, of course!

Further film watching with Dan in the evening to top off a perfectly chilled Saturday :)
