there has been much criticism of the incumbent mayor of moscow that he has spent lots of money and time on the parks and leisure facilities in Moscow and not enough dealing with the real problems facing muscovites every day - the traffic and parking.

Strangely having only narrowly avoided a second round of voting in the mayoral elections the tow away trucks were much in evidence today......

as were people making the most of the last few weeks of outdoor dining.
