Champs Elysee.....it is not.

Stary Arbat.

One of the oldest and most famous streets in Moscow. Described in a well known travel guide as the Champs Elysee of Moscow.

Even on a good day that is stretching it and given the quality of the shops I don't think Karl Lagerfield is loosing too much sleep.
