Running to Mum
I've been a bit jaded today after an extremely wild night. No, it's not as exciting as it sounds. The wild weather was to blame for my lack of sleep; thunder, lighting, hail and howling winds lead to Zoey being a complete nervous wreck. Poor wee thing. Like most dogs, she's not a fan of the lightning and will usually hide, but last night she constantly needed attention and reassurance.
Tonight's blip was another shot on the road on the trip home from work. Last night's gales were replaced with a beautiful, warm Spring evening. The new lambs were basking in the early evening sun, but these two in the foreground decided it was time to run to Mum for an early dinner.
