Spello, spelle, spella, spellamo, spellate, etc.

Weather forecast was poor for today, coming in from SW so that's where we went, the BBC forecast for Italy being as reliable as in UK. visited Spello, another small hilltop town, but one of real charm. Don't miss it if in this area. Very gaudy Cathedral, in which I felt very uncomfortable, but I did find a calm and comforting environment in another, much more austere church. Strangely, it was dedicated to St Andrew.
The free carpark in Spello was attended by an itinerant African gentleman who kindly offered to look after our car, for a small consideration. Now where have I heard that before? Well, as ours is a soft top, and a nearby MGF was showing signs of molestation, I bargained the extortionist down from 3 to 2 Euros, and all was well.
Sun out this pm so lazed by the pool. Off out now for posh pizza.
