Camera Tune-Up

An electrician from ADOT is adjusting a traffic camera atop a street light. Some traffic cameras can detect a bicycle across an intersection. The cameras detect oncoming traffic and cause the intersection controller (Computer) to switch the red and green lights to maximize traffic flow.
