DDW's September Challenge Day 12 : Comfort

Lemon drizzle cake is, apparently, comfort food. Happy Valley is getting up at 3.30 am to catch a plane to fly home to Orkney. She will be wanting some cake. I wasn't sure the first one was right, so I made another, just in case.
