White girls can jump

Taken on the way to the childminders this morning. Miss42 full of beans.

She's doing so well with learning how to get dressed and she's better at picking outfits than me a lot of the time!

Couple of backblips if you fancy it...

Training wise I ran on Tuesday (6km / 31 mins) and swam last night (2km / 50-odd minutes). Going to run again tomorrow and then hopefully run/swim and a bike ride at the weekend. I need a training plan for the event mid-October, but that's the weekend's task!
