Norfolk People's Assembly

About 300 people attended the Norfolk People's Assembly this evening. This is one of hundreds of Assemblies taking place up and down the country where people can come together and discuss what actions they can take in the fight against the relentless regime of cuts.

Speakers included Lee Hall, writer of 'Billy Elliot' and Francesca Martinez, comedienne, disability rights activist and founder of 'War on Welfare'. There was plenty of time for speakers from the floor to contribute, including one of a group of fire fighters who came. You can see one of them here.

It's late, I'm nackered and I think there's something wrong with my camera.
