Here is my well used ice pack from today. Not a very exciting photo!

I was meant to try and do an assignment today but it was a real struggle. I was tired and my knee was still very sore so I wasn't particularly productive. Dad and I did watch a very good program about the best songs of the old MGM musicals from the 1950s - including numbers Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, Fred Astaire. I do love a good old musical - the other day Dad and I watched one that had a very young Ron Howard in it (and by young I mean he was like 6); I googled him and found out that he wrote Arrested Development, which is pretty awesome.

This is an extremely boring entry, apologies!

A last minute photo for a quiet day. I really am annoyed about my knee - it's stiff and sore and bruised. I'd been hoping to get back into exercising this week, but I'm not sure if that will happen now.
