Pakistan's 62th Independence day

Tomorrow we will celebrate our 62th Independent day with zeal and zest. Pakistan came into being on 14 August 1947 and is the largest Islamic country in the world which has ideological grounds. Soon after independence institution building started but at snails? pace, we kept on moving year by year. We made tremendous progress in many field like Industry, Education, Health etc.
Dr.Qadeer, Dr Samar mand, Dr Munir, Dr Ashfaq , Dr.Iqbal Wahla Dr.Muhammad Jamil (currently my director at University of Gujrat) and their fellow competent Engineers enabled Pakistan to be 7th Atomic of the world. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (former PM) laid the foundation of atomic Programme and played a key role in introducing Pakistan to the world.
After 9/11, U turn in our foreign policy regarding Afghanistan made us vulnerable to terrorism, suicide bombings and militancy throughout the Pakistan. In today?s Pakistan an ordinary Pakistani is very disturbed, frustrated and stressful all the time.
Brain drain of outstanding Engineers & Doctors and skilled people in different field has also hit hard the Pakistan Economy as 3 million is incurred on one Engineer/ Doctor?s education because they do not pay back to the country.
Instability, insecurity, lawlessness, lack of industrialization and Unemployment are order of the day in my country to be honest. I am not pessimistic about the future of Pakistan but I wrote what I felt. I also know that such circumstances will no last for long but who will steer this county out this mess, anarchy and chaos. I believe personally that there is always light at the end of every tunnel.
