It's Back

This is one of my favourite lenses. The Nikon 1 6.7 - 13 mm is an 18-35 mm equivalent lens for the Nikon 1 system. Unfortunately it parted company from the body of the camera, forcibly, about 3 weeks ago. I sent it off to Nikon repair and it was returned yesterday. A new bayonet mount unit has been fitted, the lens was also checked, tested and cleaned all for the princely some of £40. I have to admit I was expecting a lot more. The last lens I sent to them had a repair quote of £560!

In homage to this lovely little lens I have taken its photo. It's a focus stack, 23 images.
