Raining today - a very wet dog to dry off too!
Village Cafe busier than recently! We didn't leave til 12!
I saw a recipe in last weekend's paper, from (wait for it) Paul Hollywood's mother! He is human after all.
The recipe was easy, made lots, and my husband found them to be good! They are ginger, but the flavour is subtle. I'm not a very successful biscuit baker, so perhaps Mrs Hollywood would be pleased to know that these have been successful!
