Banana Cream Heaven

This is definitely the best cake/pie I've ever eaten, and I've tasted my fair share. Einfach köstlich!

Our trip to the Tartine Bakery was a treat after our hilarious Twin Peaks adventure involving rolling fog (hence we saw nothing), high winds and me in a, lets just say 'floaty' summer dress. Trying to avoid shocking the locals through unintentional indecent exposure was a challenge.

The queue at the bakery was round the block and I can understand why.

Other adventures had in the Castro and Mission districts and on all the buses we took throughout the day - you really do experience all life on public transport, perhaps that's why I like it so much.

Now off to enjoy the other cakes we took away with us.
