Scream if you want to go faster!

Santa Cruz Beach Boulevard provided some beautiful Californian sunshine and all the thrills and spills we could have wanted.

The Giant Dipper was the highlight; a 1924 wooden frame roller coaster which made us laugh and scream in equal measure.

After all the fun of the fair we chilled out on Natural Bridges beach before traveling down to Monterey.

Tomorrow is Steinbeck day; can't wait.
