Can I have a 'B' please Bob?

It was Doors Open Day in Midlothian today.

We went to see the printing press at the Pennycoe Press in action. We'd popped in last Saturday to buy some art materials and one of the volunteers told us that they would be taking part in Doors Open and that we'd be able to see 'behind the scenes'.

After that we headed up to The Lost Garden of Penicuik House where we wandered around among the veggies and flowers and enjoyed seeing the bees taking the chance to get some last minute nectar before the weather turns tomorrow.
