With a cycle helmet ... A pink sword and tie a seat pad around ones waist ... This stops Ruby bear (clutched to Alice's chin) attacking you ... Ruby bear has green velour dungarees on ! I found this bear on the Friday market and knew Alice would love it..

Alice had a bad Friday .... I just wish people would fucking well think about their actions when they know an autistic child OR adult for that matter .... Anyway anyway I rant often enough on this subject (see Alice's birthday blips each year)

Myself,Mr W and Lucy cycled off to see Alice and DDLC .. Ate their duo pack of Jaffa cakes and cycled home ... True friends do that.
