Things Can Only Get Better

It was a beautiful sunny day today, we went down to Rosewell to watch Whitehill Welfare play Dalbeattie Star in the Lowland League. As you all know, we are massive Whitehill fans and we scored two goals in the first two minutes but can you believe it, when the half time whistle blew we were getting beat 3-2. We then had a pie and bovril and Euan had a hot dog, lovely.

We played a bit better in the second half but still managed to lose another goal, losing in the end by four goals to two. I took a few shots of the park with the big fluffy clouds floating above it and I liked this one best, so that is my blip today.

Lets hope our team can improve in the next two games as we have the second round of the Scottish Cup coming up in three weeks time and we are now third bottom of the League, not the best start to the season I have to say.

As the band D-ream once sang, things can only get better.
