A walk from the Kirkstone Pass

We set off by bus/car to the Kirkstone Pass this morning and then had a delightful walk back to Patterdale. The weather was perfece for what is likely to be the last day of summer.

Now we've had a lovely meal and a good evening chatting together. We did eventually clear the lounge but I would not have stayed with us either!!

Tomorrow rain and more rain and more rain is promised.

Sponge Bob Square Pants put in an appearance after his successful ascent of Helvellyn in aid of Diabetes UK but I thought we would go for the landscape view.
