phew...

Busy day.

Over to Falkland for 10am to buy groceries. A quick coffee & scone to lift my energy levels.

Home, then off on a 20 km cycle to West Wemyss and back.

Quick shower, then back on the bike to the railway station, and the train to Edinburgh. Couple of drinks and a Nepalese dinner with my son, brother, cousin & his wife, then home on the 9:40 train.
