Finale
On our last day we had lunch in the Chapeau Rouge in Chinon, the set menu being 21E and food exquisite so cheaper than the equivalent in England. This was dessert, raspberry icecream a spear of caramel and the white "hat" is chocolate. Not too much but delicious.
