WEIGHT CHALLENGE
WEEK 78:L0st 1 stone 9lbs still
AIM: to lose 2lb the next week.
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2,2,3,2 miles
COUNTDOWN: 362 miles to go!

Despite first week back at work and the rain I did venture out but not for long walks!! Unfortunately snacking at work has come back into play so no weight loss this week....think I need to use the 3 day treat bands again or else next week might be hang your head in shame week!!!!
