AIM: to lose 1 lb the next week.
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2,2,2,3 miles
COUNTDOWN: 353 miles to go!

Very late blipping for last week as I'm feeling very discouraged.....The walking is low low and the weight is too high....just can't get going again. Feel like I will completely miss my target to get back to PRE holiday weight by October. Think the stress at work is playing a significant role in this.
