Montpelier, rainy day

Bit of a drizzle all day so we stayed in and Robin got on with work prep for next week while I had a big tidy up as we have a flat inspection on Wednesday.

I also decided to bake! Ann made a lovely banana, walnut and choc chip loaf while we were in Houston and Ann B brought a walnut and blueberry crumble cake last week. I had some bananas past their best so went for the banana version. It's not as good as either Ann made but we've still managed to scoff half of it so it can't be that bad!

I decided to brave the rain so I could get more milk (somehow it's a hot chocolate day!) and took a quick snap in Montpelier. Even in the rain people are still out and about and shopping. I'm now in for the evening and a roast chicken dinner......mmmmm!
