somewhere in Shoreditch, not too far from Brick Lane I think though I was a bit confused by this point.
I arrived into London this morning, the girl met me in Stanstead and on the way down through North London we got caught in some sort of protest, there were hundreds of riot police everywhere.
We had a Turkish lunch outside a restaurant on Stoke Newington Road then went off for a wander. I got a nice bag in Spitalfields Market.

As usual I am bamboozled by the city, the mass of people and traffic, the noise... I've lived in the country too long ....
