Lovely Weather For Gulls

Even Brisbane has some grey, damp days.

Here's the city centre's man-made beach and swimming lakes, deserted on this wet day with only a lone worker (in the dayglo jacket) cleaning the sand, and a few gulls enjoying having it all to themselves. Most days of the year, this area attracts hundreds of people - it's odd to see this expanse of empty samd and water.
