Sunrise

I opened the curtains this morning to this spectacular sunrise - so had to rush to get my camera (which, believe me, is quite a feat for me first thing in the morning!).

I am very glad to have captured this beautiful vista, because the rest of the day has been miserable, wet and windy weather, with me regularly getting soaked as going to and from my visits.

I think the weather has gone cold trying to prepare me for my forthcoming holiday to Iceland in 10 days time!
