Going going gone!

Had a stroll along the Valency river today. This was the river that caused the Boscastle floods in August 2004. It is unbelievable to think of the devastation it created, because it is such a quiet stream really.

All along the river were brambles. So I often picked the berries and tried them. They were delicious.
