500 not out

The wee man slept in until 9am this morning, which was a huge bonus for his mum and dad. Once we finally packed up and left the hotel, we headed back into Aix-en-Provence for a quick spot of breakfast.

As we wandered around Aix the wee man discovered a new skill - shouting. Much to his parent's delight, he now draws people's attention by yelling at them as they walk past. Good lad.

Once the wee man had exhausted his lungs and was ready for a nap, we hoped into the car and drove the relatively short distance to Montpellier. Unfortunately, with it being a Sunday, almost everywhere was closed but such was the beauty of this city, we still enjoyed meandering around its old cobbled streets.

The final stop of the day was a small B&B in a village outside of Carcassone (which we'll visit tomorrow). Utilising the free wi-fi we booked a couple more B&Bs for the next few days and settle in for the night.

I always imagined that I'd be counting down to our 500th blip but with us being away, it completely slipped us by.
