Kinda chocolatey!

A day of much running around but still quite productive so that makes it worthwhile.
An early dog walk with Caley and we met Meg, one of his favourite Spaniels, so he had a good run around with her even if it was mostly her chasing him!
We have Lucy the 'muck magnet' staying with us for a week as my Mum is away; I think I'll just leave the mop, brush and Hoover in the middle of the floor for easy access!
Chocolate Brownies were requested by S for an after school treat. Your wish is my command; lol!

Recipe
Melt 12 oz plain chocolate with 8oz margarine.
Dissolve 2 tsp instant coffee with 2 tbsp hot water. add 3 eggs, 8oz caster sugar & 1 tsp vanilla essence and add this mixture to the melted chocolate. Stir in 3 oz self raising flour and 8oz plain choc chips.
Put in lined 12 by 9 inch tin. Bake at 190 for 40-45 minutes.
